ROYALE MASTER is a free platform for skill games: sixty seconds on a course that is the same for everyone, every result replayed by the server. These terms govern the use of the platform and of accounts.

2. Account
An account is free. You must be at least 16 years old; events with physical prizes have separate participation terms with a minimum age of 18. One person, one account: multiple accounts, shared accounts and circumventing bans are prohibited. Keep your credentials secret and report misuse promptly.
3. Fair play
Only runs that the server has fully replayed from your own inputs count. Automation (bots, macros, scripts), tampering with the game, replaying someone else's inputs, deliberately disrupting other players and exploiting bugs are prohibited. We may reject runs, correct results, reset progress and suspend or close accounts temporarily or permanently; we explain serious cases on request.
4. Play coins, experience points, titles
Play coins are play coins with no cash value: they are not sold, not paid out, not transferable, and may be adjusted or reset in case of errors, abuse or discontinuation of the service. Experience points, levels and titles display your progress; they are not assets. Daily events and boards award play coins and experience points by published rules; places are decided by result and time, never by chance.
5. Content and names
Display names and handles must not infringe third-party rights, insult anyone or mislead (e.g. pretend to be staff or a bot). We may require a change or block a name.
6. Availability and changes
The platform is under construction. Games, rules, courses and features may change; earlier game versions remain verifiable for runs that already counted. We strive for continuous operation but do not owe it; maintenance and outages can affect events, in which case the published rules decide (e.g. extension or scoring of what was played).
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health. For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual duties our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract; otherwise liability is excluded. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
8. Term and termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these terms and discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
9. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies; for consumers, mandatory provisions of the state of residence remain unaffected. We announce changes to these terms; continued use after the change date counts as acceptance, objection means deleting the account. Should a provision be invalid, the rest remains in force.
